The hospital offers a wide range of surgical services, including orthopedics, cardiothoracic, vascular, urology, and gastroenterology, with cutting-edge procedures in a supportive, stable work environment.

Job Description

Jefferson Einstein Montgomery is a 140-bed acute care hospital located in East Norriton, just outside Philadelphia. We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join our highly experienced anesthesia team. Known for its strong community environment and exceptional team stability, more than 40% of staff have been part of the organization for 15 years or more. Montgomery offers a broad range of surgical services and performs cutting-edge procedures across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, urology, gastroenterology, and general surgery.

Essential Functions:
• Participate in all aspects of pre-anesthetic patient evaluation
• Provide intraoperative anesthesia care in collaboration with an attending anesthesiologist
• Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence of anesthesia
• Monitor and adjust patient physiologic status throughout procedures
• Ensure safe and effective postoperative handoff to the next qualified provider
• Administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and peripheral nerve block anesthesia
• Insert and maintain invasive monitoring as required
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the OR team
• Promote patient satisfaction, safety, and departmental quality initiatives
• Perform duties within delineated clinical privileges
• Participate in call requirements and adjust to departmental needs
• Other related responsibilities as assigned
