Nuclear Cardiology TechnologistShift Details
- Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Some procedures may run through 4:30pm EST
- No on-call or weekend requirements

Job Duties
- Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety at all times
- Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations working within the NYSDOH guidelines
- Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Partner with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies and continuously enhance lab protocols

- Perform SPECT blood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis, and hybrid SPECT resting studies followed by PET sarcoid or viability studies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
- Minimum 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
- NYS Rad Tech License
- NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
Required Skills & Certifications
- 2 years Nuclear Tech experience
- NYS License
- ARRT Certification with CE credits
- BLS Certification
- Cardiac Imaging experience - minimum 6 months
