Overview

The SLA Analysis Group’s mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments.

 

SPA has a need for Enterprise Governance Analysts to support AF/A10’s nuclear and NC3 governance forums. These analysts help structure information, issues, and actions so senior leaders can make informed decisions across nuclear sustainment, modernization, and commandandcontrol enterprise activities. Responsibilities
  • Prepare agendas, readahead packages, talking points, and briefing materials for governance meetings and senior leader engagements
  • Track issues, decisions, and action items across nuclear and NC3 forums; maintain accurate and current status information
  • Capture discussions and synthesize stakeholder inputs into clear summaries and decisionsupport documents
  • Coordinate with technical, policy, and program staff to ensure issues, decisions, and actions are properly reflected and followed through
  • Maintain governance calendars, action trackers, knowledge bases, and document repositories to preserve context and institutional memory

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $160,000.00/Yr.
