Full Job Description
The Sr Manager NRM/ RGM Systems and Capabilities is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, optimization, and governance of Net Revenue Management (NRM) systems and capabilities for U.S. NRM. The role drives value growth for Haleon by delivering the NRM systems and analytical tools the organization rely on to shape revenue and margin accretive pricing, PPA, mix, promo and trade strategies.

The role partners closely with NRM, Sales, Finance, Data & Analytics, to ensure NRM systems enable effective commercial decision-making and scalable business processes across the organization.

  • Act as the business owner for NRM systems and tools.
  • Partner with business users to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into NRM tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support effective decision making and commercial objectives.
  • Lead system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and rollout of new capabilities.
  • Ensure strong data quality, governance and user adoption across teams.
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices for NRM processes and tools.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Digital teams to align priorities and drive business value.
  • Monitor system performance, adoption, and process effectiveness.


KEY CAPABILITIES
  • Vision & Strategy Leadership: Leads with a clear vision for the role of data, systems, and analytics in elevating NRM decision making.
  • Technical Execution: Leads implementation, enhancement and optimization of NRM systems and tools. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions. Collaborates effectively with IT, data engineering, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.


*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

The salary range for this role is: $143,620 - $197,477 USD + bonus
