Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in San Marcos, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of patient needs and building long-term relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-scope primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management
  • Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Outpatient only
