Requirements/Preferred Experience:- SRSMG is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family and Internal Medicine Departments
- To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an outpatient primary care clinical setting
- Must be comfortable working independently
Position Details- Full-time salaried position in Primary Care (Family or Internal Medicine) - Float located in various regions of San Diego County
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule at 1.0FTE (one hour for lunch)
- 100% outpatient primary care - no after-hours / no call / no inpatient work
- Provide additional patient access with same day visits and support the new Evolution project for SRS primary care

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
