Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Gladewater, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive, community-focused outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of patients across all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-scope primary care including preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Outpatient only
