our ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with kidney-related conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families regarding kidney health and disease prevention
- Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for New Mexico licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Interest in Nephrology is welcomed
