Qualifications

• Practical experience with NowAssist Skills Kit for AI implementation
• Strong expertise in configuring LLM topics for effective dialogue management
• Proficiency in building and configuring virtual agents and copilots within ServiceNow
• Experience in designing complex, multi-step workflows for real-world applications
• Ability to create and fine-tune prompts, instructions, and guardrails for AI agents
• Knowledge in optimizing AI responses for accuracy and business context

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI agents, including virtual agents and copilots, on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and implement multi-step workflows to address real-life use cases
• Utilize Now Assist capabilities to automate ITSM workflows like incident handling and service requests
• Create LLM-powered topics tailored to specific agent use cases
• Define and fine-tune dialog flows, including intents and user journeys
• Design fallback handling to ensure a seamless user experience
• Analyze and enhance performance metrics such as containment and resolution rates
