Job title - Senior DevOps Engineer

Job duties -

Work with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications for the healthcare revenue system including revenue cycle management and patient access analytics, into a runtime environment quickly and reliably. Provide continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment for healthcare payor, provider, or technology organizations and use core suite of tools to manage

different cloud providers. Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams across the organization. Facilitate transfer of technology from Development/Testing/Staging to Production environment. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system

efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Recommend process improvements. Hybrid work allowed.

Education and Experience Required - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in DevOps engineering within the US healthcare revenue cycle domain.

Alternate Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering within the US healthcare revenue cycle domain.

Background -

1)
3 years of experience working for a healthcare provider, payer, or a healthcare technology organization,

with direct exposure to at least one of the following U.S. healthcare revenue workflows: claims (837), remits

(835), denials, receivables, or EHR/RCM systems.

3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams within an organization to support software or

application platforms.

3 years of experience working in the software engineering discipline, including working with all of the

following systems: fault-tolerant, high-performance, and cloud-native systems in a SaaS world.

3 years of experience in DevOps continuous integration, testing, and deployment.

3 years of experience interpreting stakeholder requirements and transforming them into structured

DevOps architecture blueprints and documentation to guide system design and delivery.

3 years of experience in evolving individual client use cases into scalable, platform-wide DevOps solutions

and architectural standards.

7)
3 years of experience in using the following project management software: Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.

Rate of pay - $171,850 - $211,000 per year
