About the RoleEquitable is seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to join us as the
Operations Manager to provide operating support to EVP and COO of the Cleveland office. You'll manage staff workflow in the branch location, including oversight of Office Coordinators and other positions. The Operations Manager will work in office out of the
Cleveland branch office. This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Be DoingResponsibilities
- Primarily oversee Operations for Ohio branch and secondarily coordinate with partners.
- Manage branch Operations support teams.
- Managing branch budgets and expense approvals.
- Partner with EVP and sales managers to achieve sales and hiring goals for each branch.
- Serve as key escalation point for all Operations and compensation issues.
The base salary range for this position is
$100,000 - $125,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

QualificationsWhat You Will BringRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Operations experience with a progressive increase in responsibility.
- FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations active or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to work independently and manage highly complex multi-discipline project teams.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with COO.
- Administer company policies at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Complex / Headquarters.
