Qualifications

• Active medical license; IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited 4-year Residency in Psychiatry or extensive experience as a PMHNP.
• Board Certification required.
• At least 2 years of post-residency consult-liaison experience.
• Experience treating patients ages 5+ in emergency settings.
• Comfortable with varying acuity levels and collaborating across health systems.
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and consultations remotely for emergency departments and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt to different health systems and patient acuity levels effectively.
• Engage with a diverse patient population of all ages in consults.
• Work flexible weekend shifts, limited to 1-2 weekends per month.
• Contribute to high-quality clinical care within an innovative health system.
