About the role
As GM the role will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and global growth of this industry leading DCIM business.
The role includes end-to-end P&L management including leadership of multiple sales channels, service operations and a strong focus on product management. The GM owns the execution of long-term strategy and operational direction for the business across all functions.
The GM will focus on creating innovative product offerings, driving new business opportunities within new and existing customers and channels, establish customer partnerships and relationships, and nurture a robust performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic business plan to maintain aggressive growth within the industry.
- Lead business transformation in line with global strategy.
- Lead global product strategy and program execution, identify gaps and opportunities in any product and solution offering to drive customer impact and business growth.
- Lead all go to market activities including multiple sales channels and
- geographies
- Continue to identify top-line and bottom-line opportunities including cost & productivity to drive growth and profitability.
- Establish operational and financial objectives, manage, and mitigate all risks to the business.
- Drive people leadership – Attract and develop a strong talent pipeline based on capability for future growth. Drive a robust succession strength for critical positions.
- Create an engaged workforce and winning culture based on performance and empowerment.
- Act as the organization's representative to interface with key internal and external stakeholders to present a positive image of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 + years of experience in engineering, technical product sales, and/or product management
- 5 + years within Data Center market (DCIM, SaaS, IoT)
- 3 + years of experience in a P&L leadership role

- Master’s degree
- Global growth – experience entering new global markets and regions
- Growth mindset and strategic leadership with a record of developing & implementing initiatives & delivering successful growth
- Customer focus and ability to develop and maintain strong B2B relationships.
- Strong understanding of data center market and industry trends

- Adept at managing short term and long-term commercial decisions to drive growth enablers.
- Ability to lead, collaborate and work in matrix structures
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
Thisposition is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
