Night Nurse Supervisor - RN | Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living$45.00 - $48.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 11:00PM - 7:00AM, rotating weekends and holidays
Delivering Solutions that Matter:- Managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards.
- Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
- Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
Qualifications for Success:- Current, unencumbered MA RN license
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- 1-year of prior supervisory or leadership experience; preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
