Shifts: Rotating Shifts with a weekend rotation

Job Details:

The Hematologic Malignancies Oncology Unit is a 16-bed inpatient unit that provides medical care to adult oncology patients. On this unit, Registered Nurses (RNs) will care for patients with acute leukemia and other hematological malignancies that are receiving intensive chemotherapy regimens. Our hematologic malignancy and hematology patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapies in the world. Because Kimmel Cancer Center research scientists and clinicians closely work together, new drugs and treatments developed in the research laboratory are quickly transferred to the clinical setting, offering patients improved therapeutic options and the chance to participate in innovative clinical trials. Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered, provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • No RN work experience required! Training will be provided - All New Grad RNs are automatically enrolled in our Nurse Residency Program ranked #3 in the nation!

Salary Range: Minimum 36.07/hour - Maximum 54.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
