Pay Range:
$37.71 - $56.57

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS/Prevea is seeking an Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient neuro rehabilitation team. The PT would evaluate and treat primarily adults with neurologic conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and vestibular disorders, while also providing evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, educates patients and caregivers, and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to maximize function, mobility, and independence.

Prior experience treating neurologic populations is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a strong interest in neurologic rehabilitation and a willingness to learn through mentorship and continuing education are encouraged to apply.

Position Specifics:
• Department: Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, clinic hours 7am-5:30pm (8 or 10 hour shifts available) no weekends or on call
• Facility: Prevea
• Locations: Green Bay, WI

Education Qualifications
  • Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Experience Qualifications
  • Prior experience treating patients with neurologic conditions is preferred; candidates with a strong interest in neurologic rehabilitation and a willingness to develop advanced clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education are encouraged to apply.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
