Full Job Description
Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas (ES-A) is currently seeking a Network Scheduler to join the team. This is a hybrid role based out of our facility in Greenwood, SC. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The Supply Chain Network Scheduler is a key role in the integrated, intelligent and agile supply chain organization, focusing on the 0-3 months execution horizon, owning short term product availability and exception management for FG & semi-finished goods for their value stream across markets where there is an imbalance between supply and demand. The Supply Chain Network Scheduler Is the primary face of supply for a given value stream, owning capacity & material constraint escalations by leveraging scenario planning and ensuring collaboration between demand and supply stakeholders. This role reports to the Network Planner role and will support Network 1A (PCD plants in Beaver, PA and El Paso, TX). What you'll do: Planning & Scheduling - Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products within a 0-12 week horizon. Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS). Coordinate a team of CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the MPS plan. Ensure a feasible plan to minimize demand at risk and maximize customer service while meeting inventory and cost targets. Exception & Risk Management - Manage all exceptions in the short-term horizon, identifying root causes and driving corrective/preventative actions. Own escalations and resolve them in collaboration with material planners, buyers, and production schedulers. Ensure capacity shortages are addressed or escalated. Evaluate and communicate the impact of material exceptions on the short-term finished goods plan. Collaboration & Communication - Collaborate across the Eaton network and with external vendors to resolve issues. Act as the primary point of contact for product availability in their value stream. Stay close to demand information to react quickly to changes. Participate in decisions regarding the movement of slow-moving inventory. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement - Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence. Monitor customer on-time service levels and inventory exceptions. Report and analyze key performance indicators to improve cash, cost, and customer service. Conduct periodic audits of planning parameters and ensure ERP updates as needed.
