The Network Operations Lead is a strategic individual contributor responsible for improving operational consistency, scalability, and readiness across Network Operations. This role evaluates complex operational and provider-related issues, identifies root causes and process gaps, and partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive standardization, governance, and execution.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, polished executive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes independently without direct authority.
Lead initiatives to standardize Network Operations workflows, documentation, operating expectations, and processes across markets or regions.
Develop executive-ready presentations, status updates, decision documents, process maps, and communication materials.
Support planning for future system, technology, and operating model changes by assessing current-state processes, documenting dependencies, and preparing teams for transition.
Establish or improve standard operating procedures, governance routines, intake processes, escalation pathways, and performance tracking.
Manage strategic workplans, track deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues with recommended actions.
Facilitate meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders, clarify ownership, document decisions, and drive follow-through.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experiencein operations, consulting, process improvement, business transformation
Minimum of 5 years of strategic operations experience, including translating organizational priorities into structured workplans
Minimum of 3 years of executive communication experience
Minimum of 3 years of process improvement experience
Minimum of 2 years of cross-functional leadership experience
Minimum of 2 years of analytical problem-solving experience

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
