Full Job Description
Network Engineer II serves as a senior technical leader responsible for the design, security, and operational integrity of the organization's network infrastructure in a regulated financial environment. This role combines advanced engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the network supports secure, compliant, and resilient business operations. The position plays a critical role in safeguarding sensitive financial data, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting business continuity objectives
  • Advanced routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP). Strong knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and segmentation.
  • Experience with secure network design in compliance-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architectures.
  • Experience with network monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Experience with Palo Alto Networks, HPE Aruba Networking, Aruba Edgeconnect SDWan, Radware ADC Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8+ years of network engineering experience, preferably within a financial institution or regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or projects.


Requirements
