Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in network infrastructure installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of network routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
  • Proficiency with Cisco technologies including Nexus and ACI
  • Basic understanding of DNS and DHCP
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ITIL Foundation V3 certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components like firewalls and routers
  • Perform network monitoring and management using SNMP and Infoblox tools
  • Conduct configuration management and risk assessments on network security
  • Document high-level and low-level designs for infrastructure changes
  • Manage incidents and user requests related to end-to-end network security
  • Enhance network infrastructure while ensuring alignment with organizational standards

Full Job Description
Skills and Responsibilities:
• Experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure that includes switches, routers, WLC & Firewalls, Meraki SDWAN.
• Network Routing & Switching - EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, STP, VTP, HSRP, Port channel, Stack switch, IOS/NXOS upgrade, Cisco Nexus, SDWAN & Cisco ACI, Infoblox& ASR, VPC, Fabric Path, STP,VXLAN
• Switching STP, VTP, Port Channeling, VLAN Trunk, QOS, HSRP & VRRP.
• Basic Knowledge of DNS and DHCP 5. Good Communication Skills. (Verbal/Writing/Presentation)
• I TIL Foundation V3, Cisco ACS5.x, SD WAN
• Knowledge of Public Cloud platforms (AZURE and AWS)
• experience with Infoblox and SNMP management.
• Good to have CCNA Incident and user request management against end-to-end network security solution.
• change management and risk assessment with network Security infrastructure. HLD And LLD documentation with infrastructure enhancement/changes.
