Design, configure, and support a multi-national network and telecommunications environment, including security, firewalls, MPLS, and internet providers and tunnels
Collaborate with internal IT team to ensure reliable and effective network infrastructure to support the business
Support global employees and client devices from a physical network perspective, ensuring all devices are on the network, running the appropriate security products, and are managed
Provide hands-on user support for any physical network, wiring, or security issues or projects, including support for mobile and remote users
Work closely with internal IT team to provide project support and services for new solutions
Support physical hardware for servers, SAN, and virtualization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience or certifications
3+ years of hands on experience managing a semi-complex network
3+ years of hands on experience managing networking and components; such as Cisco switches, routers, SAN, MPLS, VPN, Firewalls, Hyper-V Clustering, iSCSI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA
MCSE
3+ years of IT team leadership experience
5+ years working in an IT position on an internal IT team
