Hiring Package:
- $250,000 Base Salary Year 1
- Medical, Dental and Vision available
- Up to $10,000 relocation allowance
- 2,500 CME allowance annually
Schedule/Practice Details:
- Join a provider group with more than 40 clinic locations all over Arizona
- Join more than 60 Nephrologists
- Advance Practice Providers
- Southwest Kidney Institute is a founding member of Renal Care Organization - National Platform representing approx. 250 providers and nearly 300k CKD patients
