Job Description

Navigator RN at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The RN Navigator supports the Structural Heart Program by coordinating care across the patient journey for procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, LAAO, valve interventions, and research trials. Responsibilities include referral screening, patient assessment, diagnostic coordination, clinic scheduling, chart preparation, patient education, care plan documentation, follow-up coordination, participation in weekly structural heart conferences, communication with referring providers, and oversight of program registries.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 3 years - Cardiovascular experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree - Nursing.
  • Nurse navigator experience.
