Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Naval Distribution Requirement Analyst to work out of Arlington, VA in supporting the Navy's Naval Distribution Branch (OPNAV N4L2).

PAY: $100,000 - $115,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Serve as a member of the N4L Resource Sponsor team and manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.
  • Participate in program review meetings.
  • Coordinate with MSC and the Fleet to validate requirements.
  • Perform analysis to justify requested resources.
  • Draft strategic and tactical planning documents.
  • Develop briefing materials and presentations.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain schedules.
  • Coordinate with OPNAV N83 to incorporate readiness modeling on MSC ships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of Navy organizational structure.
  • Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadership
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines.
  • Direct client support experience (on-site support a plus).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in the Navy or in the Pentagon.
  • Prior experience prioritizing warfighter requirements.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Secret

TRAVEL: 10%
