National Sales Representative, ATS Logistics

If you thrive in a performance-driven environment where effort = reward, you'll feel right at home here with our UNCAPPED INCENTIVE! NSRs, with 2 to 3 years' experience, have an on target annual earnings of $75,000 to $150,000+ including a base salary range of $50,00.00 to $57,00.00. Top earners $200k+

What You'll Do

As a National Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted partner helping customers discover transportation solutions that truly make a difference. Core responsibilities:
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
  • Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions
  • Meeting (and exceeding!) revenue, activity, and performance goals
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams
  • Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
  • Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Comfortable handling outbound calls, customer meetings, and presentations
