DescriptionThis position is responsible for revenue growth across OEM, distribution, and international markets. This role drives market share through strategic account management, channel optimization, and global expansion. The manager aligns product strategies with client needs while executing the sales tactics as they relate to the company's sales and marketing plan.
RequirementsESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes Sales and Marketing plan initiatives as directed by department leadership.
- Lead high-level negotiations, develop multi-year agreements, and manage RFQs with key partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with national and regional distributors to maximize reach and market penetration.
- Identify new international markets, negotiate terms with global dealers, and establish localized go-to-market strategies.
- Adapt sales approaches to comply with international regulations, trade policies, and varied cultural business practices.
- Develops and maintains client and industry relationships to monitor our industries and identify new opportunities.
- Travel to current customers and potential prospects.
- Monthly reporting of results, pipeline of future growth and personal activity
- Captures and reports marketing research data relating to customers' needs for management.
- Acquiring news, information, and pricing on market competition & report information clearly.
- Participates in trade shows and other industry events.
- Operates within budget constraints.
- Develop knowledge of product lines and industry brands.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify areas of improvement of sales, marketing, and purchasing department.
- Organize travel plans for customer site visits.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to fifteen (15) pounds.

- Strong computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in professional sales position or equivalent
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or business-related field
- Strong knowledge of overhead door industry and products
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM recommended.
