About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior sales professional to join us at Axuall. The ideal candidate will have extensive healthcare industry experience, specifically working at the enterprise level with large healthcare systems, staffing firms, health plans, or telehealth customers. This individual will have a demonstrable track record of success with proven ability to identify and cultivate key relationships with C-suite executives and foster productive interactions across all levels within these organizations. This candidate must be a strategic thinker who can drive business expansion, maximize client engagement, and contribute significantly to our growth and success.

What You'll Bring

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of performance within the past five years in the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic business relationships to cultivate new business opportunities within large healthcare organizations, health plans, staffing agencies, and telehealth firms.
  • Map large enterprise accounts by identifying and engaging with key influencers, decision makers, and sponsors.
  • Develop detailed strategic plans for account acquisition and growth, aligning with overall business objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client goals and objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Follow a disciplined and methodical sales process, such as MEDDPICC, to manage sales pursuits and increase the likelihood of winning, mitigate risk, and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Operate independently throughout all stages of the sales process, including the preparation of proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Maximize client contracting structures and negotiate terms to close agreements within mutually agreed timelines.
  • Ability to creatively solution opportunities to meet customer needs.
  • Collect client feedback to drive customer engagement and inform the product roadmap, suggesting improvements based on client needs.
  • Leverage existing professional relationships to create new opportunities for Axuall and build funnel growth.

Qualifications

Candidate must demonstrate experience, results, and references in the following areas:
  • Minimum of 7+ years of selling at the enterprise level, specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including key trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track record of closing $1M+ deals by quantifying ROI and managing key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success in consultative, value-based selling, including uncovering customer pain points, aligning solutions to business outcomes, and articulating measurable value.
  • Ability to effectively work with diverse internal functions across the organization, such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, and beyond.
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies to drive complex enterprise deals forward
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and drive business growth.
  • Proven success in scaling VC/PE-backed businesses amidst rapid expansion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role may be performed from any U.S. jurisdiction in which Axuall is registered to do business. Please note that certain localities may impose additional employment requirements that will be addressed during the hiring process. Please also note that we are currently unable to sponsor visas. While this role is remote-first, we require employees to attend an in-person orientation at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. There may also be occasional instances where travel to our HQ is needed.

Pay Transparency & Compensation

Base Salary Range (Good-Faith Estimate): $165,000 - $180,000
Additional Compensation: Significant Performance-Based Incentive Compensation
Employment Classification: Full Time
Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly

The posted range represents Axuall's reasonable and good-faith estimate of the compensation the Company expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

The Axiall Corporation is a manufacturer and marketer of chlorovinyls and aromatics. With the acquisition of Royal Group Technologies the company is now also a major producer of building materials ranging from piping and siding to window profiles, decking, and fencing.
