Full Job Description
Connectivity Point is seeking a full-time National Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle-from defining the initial scope of work with the customer, through coordination with local subcontractors, to successful project completion and delivery of final closeout documentation. This is a remote position.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and third-party partners. You will maintain clear, proactive communication to ensure timelines are met and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in construction, exceptional time-management skills, and outstanding communication abilities. You must be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while remaining fully accountable for project outcomes. Success in this remote role also requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint), and the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships in a virtual environment. Flexibility and a willingness to travel overnight periodically, as project demands require, are essential.

What You'll Do
  • Manage projects from proposal and planning through completion and closeout.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractor resources.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, project updates, and other required documentation.
  • Participate in customer and construction status meetings.
  • Track project progress and proactively address issues or changing needs.
  • Assemble final closeout documentation, including test results, photos, and as-built plans.
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, sales, finance, and other internal teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Help identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Attend required training and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of project management or construction industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines working independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience reading project plans and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems (Sage 100 Contractor SQL preferred); ability to quickly learn additional platforms such as Visio, AutoCAD, MS Project, and SharePoint
  • Experience in proposal development and CRM database management, specifically HubSpot.
  • Commercial, industrial, or construction project experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on skill in low voltage installation is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight travel as project needs require.
  • Valid driver's license.

If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to manage projects on a national scale, we'd love to hear from you. Join our growing team and build your career with a company that values hard work, results, and success.
