Position Summary:Under the responsibility of the Senior Director, the incumbent's primary focus will be to manage new and existing commercial national accounts business for Lassonde Food Service. This role will be responsible for securing new accounts for Lassonde Food Service, leveraging experience & national account relationships; increasing sales with existing customers and managing new inquiries. He (she) will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage a portfolio of and introduce new branded and/or private brand products.

Responsibilities include:- Build and maintain high-level relationships with existing customers, national accounts, and targeted new business
- Develop, execute, and maintain profitable pricing strategies within customer portfolio
- Analyze and optimize product mix to drive sales, tonnage, and profitability within customer portfolio
- Manage the day-to-day required by account; meet and/or exceed sales & profitability objectives through business development, innovation, distribution, and contract execution
- Maintain accurate forecasts and new business tracker
- Develop new sales by presenting our existing and new products, initiating with customers through concepts and ideas that are solution providers for their beverage and food needs in branded and private label
- Work closely with the Lassonde food service business development team
- Provide regular feedback to team to help strengthen our go to market strategy
- Attend industry events and represent a professional image on behalf of Lassonde
Education and Experience:- 7-10 years of experience in similar position
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 national accounts in the food service industry
- Experience working with broadline distributors in food service channels
- B.Com (Business/Marketing or Finance) or similar education
- Commitment to travel as required (15%-25%)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONSThis position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.
FREQUENT: sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.
OCCASIONAL: squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing 20 - 35 lbs. from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.
VISION: Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.
HEARING: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
