Job Description:

As a National Account Manager, you'll take the lead in managing and growing multi-million-dollar national accounts while hunting for new business opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers, delivering exceptional service and value-driven solutions. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across our organization, requiring strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to drive the sales within the geographic territory - via a growth mindset. This position must reside near Baltimore/Washington D.C.

Additional information

In addition to base compensation, the role is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a 40% target and a company car.

Compensation Information:

The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $106,000 - $153,000 and is also eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

ITW considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, geographic location, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

In addition to a competitive salary, ITW employees in the U.S. are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
