This position acts as the bridge between HR Shared Services, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), business leaders, and employees to ensure HRSS is delivering efficient, scalable, and customer-focused services. The leader will assess the effectiveness of existing processes, identify pain points across the organization, develop solutions that improve service delivery, and expand the scope and capabilities of HRSS to better support the business.

This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who enjoys transforming service delivery models, solving operational challenges, influencing stakeholders, and building scalable HR capabilities that improve both business performance and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Shared Services Strategy & Adoption

  • Lead initiatives to improve awareness, consistency, and customer experience across manufacturing and corporate populations.

Service Expansion & Capability Development
  • Identify opportunities to shift transactional and repeatable work into HR Shared Services, enabling HRBPs to focus on strategic business partnership.
  • Partner with COEs, HRBP leadership, and HRSS teams to identify additional services that can be effectively centralized.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with HRBPs, managers, employees, and HRSS representatives to identify process breakdowns and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, or other operational excellence methodologies.
  • Simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR service delivery, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience improvements.
  • Partner with HR leaders across North America to understand local needs while maintaining standardized processes and scalable service delivery.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to drive prioritization, accountability, and successful implementation of improvements.
