As the North America Fleet Program Manager, you will lead the fleet strategy for approximately 5,000 fleet drivers across the U.S. and Canada, for Field Service Engineers, Sales, Executives, and other similar employee groups. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to operationalize fleet programs, strengthen processes, and develop analytics that support monthly and quarterly reporting and drive effective fleet performance.
Your role:
Lead strategy, policy and governance, while developing and optimizing fleet policies, vehicle eligibility criteria, long-term fleet strategy, and strategic roadmaps while ensuring alignment with Finance, Business stakeholders, and EHS/Safety requirements.
Manage strategic fleet operations through third-party service providers, driving service excellence, operational performance, KPI attainment, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization across the fleet lifecycle.
Manage financial performance and vendor partnerships, while owning fleet budget planning and forecasting, reporting and analytics, supplier and vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and executive vehicle programs to maximize value, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business, Process Optimization, Accounting, or equivalent.
Your skills include proven experience managing large-scale fleet programs and vendor relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using strategy, analytics, and execution to drive fleet and business performance. You also bring a strong understanding of fleet systems and related operational processes.
You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company27s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company27s main facilities, generally at the customers27 or suppliers27 locations.
This is an Office role.
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN $93,000 to $148,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered.
