Job Description

Get ready to embark on an exhilarating journey as a North America Business Integration & Operations Excellence Leader! This is not just a job; it's an adventure in transformation, operations excellence, and cutting-edge technology. You'll be at the forefront of the North America KC + Kenvue systems, operations, and process integration and transformation.


North America Business Integration & Operations Excellence Leader is a senior leader responsible for driving operations and execution excellence for the combined KC and Kenvue North America businesses, and will be accountable for:

  • Readiness for integration program execution and cross-functional decision making across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, GBS, Legal, Technology, and Operational Workstreams

  • IBP Excellence, with accountability for implementation of best practices, harmonization of process across North America business, change management, and enablement with supporting teams (Demand Planning, Analytics, etc.)

  • Process transformation in areas where greater maturity, cross-functional coordination, and harmonization is needed across Business Units

The role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, functional workstreams, the Integration Management Office (IMO), and technology delivery teams, and will have a team of 2-3 direct reports.

Travel may include approximately 15% of work time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Integration Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the North America business integration roadmap.

  • Translate strategic integration objectives into business execution plans.

  • Drive achievement of key integration outcomes including: One Customer, One Order, One Shipment, One Invoice.

  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology delivery plans.

  • Manage dependencies across business functions and integration initiatives.

2. Business Readiness & Adoption

  • Lead all business readiness activities across impacted functions.

  • Ensure business users are prepared for process, organizational, data, and technology changes.

  • Partner with the Change Management Lead to develop communication, training, and adoption plans.

  • Monitor readiness metrics and resolve gaps before major deployment milestones.

  • Drive sustained adoption following go-live.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate work across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Risk Management, Global Business Services, Master Data, IT, Legal, and Tax.

  • Facilitate cross-functional decision making.

  • Resolve conflicts, priorities, and resource constraints.

  • Ensure business resources and SMEs are engaged throughout design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.


4. Process Harmonization & Standardization

  • Lead efforts to standardize business processes across legacy K-C and Kenvue organizations.

  • Evaluate process gaps and define future-state operating models.

  • Ensure harmonized policies, controls, governance models, and operational procedures.

  • Drive adoption of enterprise standards and best practices.


5. Process excellence

  • Lead Governance and continuous improvement efforts for critical North America processes, including IBP.

  • Evaluate evolving stakeholder needs in critical processes and lead intervention efforts with required organizations (e.g., IT, Planning, Analytics).

  • Flag and escalate execution risks based on process adherence across teams.


6. Governance & Decision Management

  • Establish governance routines to drive transparency and timely decision making.

  • Lead executive reviews, steering committee discussions, and escalation processes.

  • Manage business risks, decisions, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

  • Ensure accountable ownership for all integration deliverables.

7. Integration Value & Synergy Realization

  • Support identification, tracking, and realization of integration benefits.

  • Monitor business synergy targets and value creation opportunities.

  • Identify process improvements that accelerate integration outcomes.

  • Provide leadership with status updates and realization reporting.

8. Business Testing, Cutover, Deployment & Hypercare

  • Ensure business participation in testing activities.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing readiness and execution.

  • Coordinate business cutover planning and deployment activities.

  • Support hypercare planning and issue escalation management.

  • Maintain business continuity during major transition events.

9. Data & Organizational Readiness

  • Partner with Data Leads to ensure master data harmonization and readiness.

  • Support customer, vendor, product, finance, and operational data integration activities.

  • Ensure organizational roles, processes, and responsibilities are defined for the future-state operating model.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.

  • 7+ years leading large-scale transformation or integration programs.

  • Direct commercial experience with understanding of business drivers, functional priorities, and trade-offs.

  • Experience managing cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.

  • ERP transformation experience (SAP S/4HANA preferred).

  • Experience in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or enterprise integrations.

  • Experience operating within highly matrixed organizations.

Salary Range: 221,300 – 286,100 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
