Required Qualifications:- Advanced Practice Provider: Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or AGNP) or Physician Assistant
- Current South Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS certification
- DEA and applicable state prescribing credentials prior to start date
- Neurology experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of two years of APP experience preferred
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Position Highlights:- Provide comprehensive neurological assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions
- Perform inpatient rounding and neurological consultations
- Provide ambulatory clinic services in the outpatient setting
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Evaluate patients using history, physical examination, laboratory data, diagnostic testing, and imaging results
