As a key leader in the CLD Market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding client relationships in the public/government space, impacting growth, managing projects and elevating T&M's presence in the Northeast region. You'll collaborate with clients, mentor internal teams, and champion T&M's full suite of services across sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Project Manager overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle-from opportunity development and proposal preparation to execution, financial management, quality control, and closeout-while ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and identification of future business opportunities.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients by providing strategic guidance and anticipating their evolving needs.
- Represent T&M in the marketplace as a thought leader, building visibility through active engagement in civic, professional, and industry organizations.
- Proactively identify clients' upcoming needs and concerns, recommending appropriate services and solutions to support their goals.
- Promote T&M's capabilities across all business sectors, identifying opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Client Manager staff, supporting their professional development and performance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management in the civil, public sector.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven; able to manage priorities independently and collaboratively.
T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $130,000-$165,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
