What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C-130 outer-wing build, driving quality, cost, and schedule excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets.
- Implement process-improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations.
- Oversee training, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation for all team members.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
