*Satellite offices will be available at secondary schools.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership, School Counseling, Special Education, or a closely related field.
  • Valid Washington State Administrator Certificate.
  • Successful leadership experience supporting MTSS, student services, school leadership, special education, or related programs at the secondary level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MTSS, intervention systems, inclusive practices, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, Washington State regulations, and student support requirements.
  • Experience coaching multidisciplinary teams and facilitating collaborative problem-solving.
  • Experience using data to improve student outcomes and monitor intervention effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver professional learning and coach adult learners.
  • Experience supporting crisis prevention, de-escalation, and behavioral intervention systems.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize competing responsibilities, and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to maintain regular, in-person physical presence at the assigned work location during scheduled work hours.
  • Ability to meet and maintain punctuality and attendance expectations.
