MSO Performance Analytics Lead
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an MSO Performance Analytics Lead you will make an impact by leading analytics with AAD’s largest end users. You will develop analytics dashboards and data structures while working collaboratively with internal and external customers in support of our RepairStack™ platform.
This role will be highly cross-functional and will require prioritization, execution, and a high level of collaboration to deliver results. In collaboration with the business, end-user selling organization and the end user, you will play a critical role in advancing analytics, execution and growth with an expanding segment of the Automotive Aftermarket.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Develop, deploy and manage reporting and analytics to support the following:
- Key Division End Users - MSOs (Multiple Shop Organizations)
- RepairStack™ Platform customers
- Internal Stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in analytics & visualization development/enhancement
- Improve & standardize data management and data collection processes in support of analytics & visualizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working directly with customers, third‑party partners, and internal teams
- Build robust documentation in support of analytics and reporting structures
- Support alignment of key financial accruals tied to CIP rebates to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI design and implementation in a private, public, government or military environment
- One (1) year of Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Relationship builder with a competitive nature experience
- Experienced in data exploration and analysis: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Microsoft Power Platform: Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support data workflows and visualization solutions
- SQL / Azure Analysis Services: Strong skills in SQL and experience with Azure Analysis Services for data modeling and querying
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Work location: Remote based
Travel: May include up to 10% US and Canada
