Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for an MSAT SM DP D&P TLI Sr Eng to join our Team! This is an onsite/hybrid role.

Position Summary:

Primary packaging solutions, such as primary container closure systems, dosing devices, and critical secondary packaging materials, are becoming an increasingly relevant component in delivering innovative medicines to our patients. We are looking for a Technical Launch Integrator (TLI) who combines technical expertise with project leadership. The TLI will support technical transfers of new products for the Taris portfolio from R&D to the Commercial Supply Chain. Together we strive to bring the best possible product to a successful launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global and local project teams and act as a core team member in the value chain team.

  • Provide regular updates to partners and sponsor through reports, presentations, and ad-hoc communication.

  • Handle all technical outputs for file submission and launch readiness, on time and with the right quality.

  • Provide up to 1 year of post-launch support to ensure manufacturing stabilization and proficient transfer of ownership.

  • Partner with the Drug Delivery Systems team to optimize the design of primary containers for commercial packaging and distribution.

  • Integrate customer insights, standard platforms and requirements from various partners in R&D, the global Supply Chain organization and the production site, ensuring accurate specifications and adequate controls are in place.

  • Drive development, implementation, and validation of the device assembly and packaging processes at commercial scale and according to outstanding examples and standard procedures.

  • Partner with project engineers to ensure that equipment is accurately designed, tested, installed, and qualified.

  • Deliver a robust tech transfer documentation package in line with applicable packaging design transfer procedures; including design transfer plan and report, control strategy, FMEA, equipment qualification and process validation, distribution testing, procedures, protocols, ad-hoc test protocols, data analysis, and summary reports.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's in Engineering degree required; advanced degree or focused degree in Engineering or Science preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience

  • Proven experience in packaging operations, engineering, project leadership, and/or R&D

  • Experience in technical launch management, product technical transfers, and new product introduction

  • Authentic leadership style, with ability to successfully drive and influence virtual teams

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with and influence internal sites, external manufacturers, and global partners

Preferred:

  • Experience guiding projects from initiation to completion with a multifunctional team in a global environment

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, medical device or fast-moving consumer goods industry

  • Experience with glass, bottle and blister primary packaging materials, manufacturing and finishing

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Technical Transfer, Purchasing Control, Change Control, Risk Management, Qualification, Verification, and/or Validation

  • Experience with MS Project or equivalent project management applications

Other:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

  • Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$77,000.00 - $123,050.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
