Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 2 years in Microsoft Fabric or Power BI ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric components and Lakehouse architecture.
• Proficiency in DAX, T-SQL, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Synapse, Data Lake, and Purview.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Architect and integrate components such as OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI, and Data Activator.
• Define data governance, security, and compliance strategies aligned with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines and storage for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Establish best practices for Fabric workspace management, dataflows, and semantic models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Stay current with Microsoft Fabric updates and roadmap to guide strategic adoption.
