Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI procedures in accordance with protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams
  • Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Full Job Description
Full Time MRI Technologist in the Santa Rosa, CA area offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus!

Work Schedule:
  • 3, 12-hour shifts per week (24 base pay hours per week with 12 overtime hours)
  • Rotating weekends
  • Monday - Friday (7AM-7PM)
  • Saturday/Sunday (7AM - 5PM)

The ideal candidate must possess:
  • ARRT Certification (MR) or ARMRIT Registered - required
  • CRT Certification - required
  • Venipuncture Certification - required
  • BLS/CPR Certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • GE experience 1.5T w/12x or higher
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of Joint Commission
  • Hard working and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
  • Committed to outstanding patient care and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to work at additional locations

This is a non-exempt hourly position with possible earnings of $152k - $159k/year with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus relocation and travel allowance for longer commutes.

The hourly range for this role is $70/hr. to $73/hr., with daily guaranteed overtime (3-12 hour shifts) however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
