About the Role: As a CBRE Moves Associate, you will oversee the administrative assistance and implementation support of the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in the delivery of projects.
This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.
What You'll Do: - Manage office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings.
- Ensure the team is following customer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legal requirements.
- Provide oversight on highly complex project documentation preparation. Maintain a checklist of tasks and relocation databases and review for inconsistencies.
- Lead weekly relocation coordination meetings with clients and other major stakeholders.
- Review invoices and pay applications related to projects or assigned teams and clients for accuracy.
- Resolve and troubleshoot escalated project commitments.
- Train new project support team on project policies, administration, and governance.
- Approve communication plans for moves including newsletters, move instructions, welcome packages, etc.
- Provide post-move on-site supervision with support teams.
- Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
- Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team
What You'll Need: - High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
- Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $38.47 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $$48.08 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
