Job Title: Mortgage Sales Team Leader
Overview:As a
MortgageSales Team Lead you will ensure that the assigned territoryachieves all of its goals, which include meeting or exceeding loan productiongoals, loan growth and quality control. This position is also responsiblefor providing leadership and direction for all Mortgage Loan Originatorsassigned territory and implementing the Company's overall goals strategies,philosophies and culture.
What You'll Do: Day in the Life -Every day you will drive production, growth, and team performance within anassigned territory. This role is responsible for recruiting and developinghigh-performing Mortgage Loan Originators and Assistants, while executingstrategic market and individual business plans to achieve sales goals. The TeamLead will cultivate and maintain strong referral relationships, actively managethe mortgage pipeline, and provide consistent coaching through regularone-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Additionally, this position ensuresteam members are fully equipped with the knowledge of products, systems, andprocesses needed to operate efficiently, while maintaining strict adherence tobank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. In addition,this position must also develop and identify new business opportunities for theBank and remain actively involved in the community.
RequiredQualifications:Work Experience: minimum of 5 years mortgage bankingexperience with 2 years previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Skills: proficiencyin Microsoft Office products; ability to adapt to new technology; graspinformation quickly; strong attention to detail.
Leadership Skills: leading and developing others; motivatingand coaching others; making decisions; thinking critically and solving complexproblems; reporting progress; accepting responsibility; results-driven
