Loan Officer Opportunity - Spanish-Speaking Preferred

As a Loan Officer with our team, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach. You'll guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging your expertise to match them with the best financing options. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a robust pipeline, funding at least two loans per month
• Expertly navigate the loan origination process from application to closing
• Provide strategic advice on home loan options tailored to each client's needs
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with our Champion of Loans Team to deliver seamless customer experiences

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:
• Spanish-speaking is preferred
• Active NMLS License (or in the process of obtaining one)
• DFPI endorsement (or willingness to achieve)
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending or related experience
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and the Microsoft Office suite
