This 12-18-month, full-time, paid program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a future executive in the dynamic world of healthcare.

What You'll Gain:
  • In-Depth Operational Expertise: Immerse yourself in the intricacies of healthcare food and nutrition services operations through rotations in retail, culinary, patient services, and clinical settings.

  • Hands-On Project Experience: Lead and contribute to impactful projects, including:
    • Client Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Annual budget process development
    • Sales process participation (prospecting, proposal development, financial proformas)
    • Technology implementation and adoption
    • New business openings
    • Quarterly RVP-assigned projects
    • A culminating Capstone Project
  • Structured Mentorship & Development:
    • Extensive orientation, including SME Connects with operational VPs, finance, and technology leaders.
    • Leadership development through the Morrison Regional Leadership Academy and DiSC assessments.
    • Skill enhancement via Harvard Manage Mentor, AI Foundations, and Client Retention training.
    • Shadowing experiences with Directors, Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs).
    • Ongoing operational immersion with 2-3 weeks a month spent in the field.
  • Guaranteed Career Advancement: Upon successful program completion and a letter of recommendation from your RVP/Division President, you'll be offered guaranteed employment at a Hay Grade 17/18 level.
