What You Will Do:
Develops PL/SQL routines, conversion logic, data transformation scripts, and reconciliation support for FMBT interface and conversion-related activities. Works with functional, data, integration, and testing teams to validate source-to-target mappings, data quality, data cleansing needs, and conversion accuracy.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Bachelors Degree
FIVE (5) or more years of Oracle development experience
Momentum Financials/iFAMS conversion, implementation, or data migration experience
Experience developing ETL, conversion, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality routines
Experience supporting data mapping, conversion testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation
Experience with finance and acquisition data concepts in ERP or federal financial management environments
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting Federal IT programs
Experience supporting enterprise application implementations
Experience supporting large-scale federal ERP conversion program
Experience with data cleansing, crosswalks, reconciliation reporting, and audit-ready conversion evidence
Experience with performance tuning for high-volume data loads
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
