Job Description
SQL server knowledge, SAP Finance & US Tax knowledge is a must.
Microsoft Business intelligence, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Service), SSRS (SQL server reporting service), SQL Server & SAP DART is mandatory
Fixing the issues on DART/SSIS/SSRS/SQL Server is mandatory.
Knowledge to create SQL table (stage and facts) every month on SQL Server to compare the transactional data and data for Recon, Non-Recon and Trail Balance files from SAP-DART.
Knowledge to work on GL Close, SAP DART extracts and views.
Knowledge to work on profit centers or GL accounts and update in master tables.
Knowledge to work on GL account balance mismatches and issue resolution.
Knowledge to work on Transaction Data (TD) Extracts for the company codes.
Knowledge to work on Master Data (MD) extract - Monthly/Yearly
Trail balance data extracts to be performed at company code level
Audit requests for the previous years to be generated and synchronized.
Working on tickets and open tickets to solve the issues related to server configurations and SQL server and secure share drives any other issues. Ticketing tool is Service Now.
As a part of year end on DART side, update Profit centers/GL accounts as well to perform the extractions and schedule views communicate with relevant stake holders and work with TDWH team.
Work with the tax team on the PC Hierarchy list and perform all the processes for whatever periods the new Profit Centers/GL Accounts were added and check if there are any back postings or layering that needs to be completed.
Perform TDWH yearend activities on the flat files (zipping and password protecting the files,
Should be able to document the data on DVD's/flash drives to meet customer compliance requirements.
Partner closely with internal customers and other technology personnel to define objectives & scope.
Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to lead project delivery.
Manage project deliverables and milestones within approved timelines.
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and work with offshore team.
Identify project issues and facilitate resolution coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
