Responsibilities:- Understand the technology landscape. Perform APM due diligence of the application stack. .Identify and extend suitable monitoring solution.
- Identify and create monitoring solution design, implementation and support.
- Monitor every area, servers, applications constantly and continuously tune monitoring process
- Setup and tune alerts, dashboards, Daily/Weekly reports preparation and presentation to stakeholders
- work closely on the RCA of issue, fix deployment and measurements
- Regular communication with the customer's personnel as required
- Responsible for on-going Application diagnostics, data creation, data management and support of APM.
- Responsible for data creation; application diagnostics; test execution support and test analysis support
- Testing and support of APM Tools.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies / roles / challenges
- Willing to re-locate / travel to any location in US
Skills/ technologies required: - Expertise in AppDynamics and other APM tools like Dynatrace, CA APM
- Good understanding and exposure on Splunk.
- Exposer of APM tool integration, Experience in APM technical pre-sales activity.
- Knowledge in .net or Java/J2EE Architecture, Design and development. Complete understanding of Websphere/Web Logic domain . Performance Tuning knowledge of Java apps and server Settings. Expertise on Code Profiling tools and tuning
