We are currently hiring a Modular Platform Market Leader in our Architectural division.
The Architectural Division at LaBella provides comprehensive planning and design services for a wide variety of markets, including State Corrections, Healthcare, K-12 and Higher Education, Residential, Commercial, and Municipal.
Requirements- Commercialization, marketing, and pipeline development
- Outreach and support to owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Training outside A/E firms and internal LaBella teams to design with the platform
- Coordination with client's manufacturing and construction teams
- Coordination with project architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants
- Platform implementation and project controls
- Maintaining the module library, standards, documentation, and lessons learned across projects
- Tracking opportunities from initial pursuit through manufacturing and deployment
- Tracking client's reported VenuStack revenue and LaBella's corresponding royalties
- Financial reporting, forecasting, project profitability, and cash flow
- Capital and resource planning as the practice grows
- Manufacturing and deployment reporting
- Schedule and production tracking
- Maintaining CRM and pipeline information
- Preparing regular business-performance reports
- Supporting development of marketing materials, technical documentation, training programs, and sales tools
- Helping us systematically capture improvements from each project and incorporate them into subsequent generations of the platform
- Supporting broader business development and commercialization efforts as we expand Modular Platforms beyond sports into other applicable market sectors
