Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Product Owner to support the day-to-day product management and delivery of enterprise mobile applications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, UX, engineering, QA, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

The Product Owner will be expected to leverage AI tools and modern product-management practices to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, wireframing, testing, and overall product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and release planning for assigned mobile applications.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements for development teams.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and user flows to visualize business requirements and proposed mobile experiences using AI-assisted design tools.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to refine wireframes and ensure the final designs provide a simple, intuitive user experience.
  • Use AI tools to quickly create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.
  • Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to track development progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, SIT, UAT, and release readiness.
  • Work across Mobile, Oracle, TMS, UX, QA, and other technology teams to ensure requirements and dependencies are aligned.
  • Maintain product information, roadmaps, features, and epics in tools such as Aha, Jira, and ServiceNow.
  • Support production issue reviews, prioritize business-impacting issues, and coordinate with technology teams toward resolution.
  • Gather user and business feedback and identify opportunities to improve mobile applications and processes.
  • Prepare release communications, status updates, meeting summaries, and other product documentation using AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive product-management activities and improve team efficiency.
  • Escalate major scope, priority, dependency, or delivery issues to the Product Leadership.

AI & Digital Productivity Expectations
  • Demonstrate hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or other enterprise-approved AI solutions.
  • Use AI to accelerate:
    • Requirements discovery and analysis
    • User stories and acceptance criteria
    • Wireframes and user-flow ideation
    • Meeting summaries and action items
    • Test-case and UAT scenario creation
    • Product documentation and release communications
    • Backlog analysis and prioritization
    • Process and workflow analysis
    • Research and competitive analysis
  • Validate and refine AI-generated outputs using sound product judgment and business context.
  • Follow company policies for data privacy, security, and responsible use of AI.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related role.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Basic experience creating wireframes or prototypes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across business and technology teams.
  • Experience with Jira, Aha, ServiceNow, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Mobile application experience is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in using AI tools to improve productivity and product-delivery processes.
